REFUND POLICY

At AXFIT, we stand behind every product we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.


1. RETURN WINDOW

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.


2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Be in original, unused condition — not worn, washed, or damaged
- Be in original packaging with all tags attached
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-returnable items: Sale or clearance items, gift cards, and products that have been used, modified, or damaged through misuse cannot be returned.


3. HOW TO RETURN

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email info@axfit.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you are returning, and the reason for return.

Step 2 – Receive Return Authorisation
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return address.

Step 3 – Ship Your Item
Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable courier. Include your RMA number on the package. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Step 4 – Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.


4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of outbound shipping may be deducted from your refund. Bank processing times may add a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on items within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. Contact us at info@axfit.com.au to arrange an exchange. The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


6. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
