SHIPPING POLICY

AXFIT is committed to fast, reliable delivery for every order.
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
During peak periods (sales events, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
Australia – Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days | AUD $7.95
Australia – Express Shipping: 1–3 business days | AUD $14.95
Australia – Orders over AUD $100: Standard shipping FREE
International – Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days | Calculated at checkout
Free standard shipping is automatically applied for Australian orders over AUD $100.
3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us with your order number.
4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
AXFIT ships to selected international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
Important: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. AXFIT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
5. SHIPPING ISSUES
If you experience any of the following, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date:
- Missing parcel — if your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date
- Damaged in transit — keep the packaging and photograph the damage before contacting us
- Wrong item received — we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no charge
Please note: AXFIT is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please verify your address carefully before placing your order.
